Because these services involve dedicated preparation, research, and personalized strategy time, the following refund policy applies.
Consultations and Strategy Sessions
All bookings for 1:1 consulting, strategy sessions, or audits are considered final once confirmed.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional charge.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will be charged in full.

If Crafted Collabs must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund.
Service Packages
For multi-session or ongoing service packages:

Payment is due upfront unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Refunds are not available once services have begun, as each package involves customized strategy development and consulting time.
Digital Products and Free Resources
All digital products, guides, and downloads offered through Crafted Collabs are non-refundable due to their immediate, digital nature.
Satisfaction Promise
If you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out to craftedcollabs1@outlook.com within 7 days of your session. I’ll always do my best to make it right — whether that means additional support or revisiting your strategy together.
