Hi, I'm Erica, and I'm so glad
you're here!

Every great relationship begins with connection.
After more than 15 years in marketing, public relations, and communications, I’ve learned that true visibility doesn’t come from chasing trends — it comes from sharing your story with purpose and authenticity.
I’ve led PR and influencer campaigns for award-winning brands that earned features in USA Today, Forbes, People, Good Housekeeping, Newsweek, Parents, and more. Along the way, I was honored to be recognized by Meltwater as part of its inaugural #ExpertWithInsights program — a group of PR, communications, and social media professionals sharing their knowledge and experience with the global community.
But what matters most to me isn’t just the headlines — it’s helping my clients find their voice, connect with their audience, and build relationships that last long after the spotlight fades.
I hold a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Metropolitan Studies from NYU, but my greatest education has come from real-world relationships — the clients, editors, and creators I’ve worked alongside for over a decade.
At Crafted Collabs, I blend storytelling, strategy, and a deep belief in human connection to help you grow your brand — because every successful story begins by crafting connections together.

“Working with Erica was like working with a personal trainer of PR: she’s a natural motivator who knows how to quickly build a strong PR campaign while keeping in mind her clients’ long-term goals and dreams. She seamlessly transitioned her experience and skills in hospitality PR to the book publishing industry, putting in the work behind the scenes to make sure her advice and guidance were on-point and strategically effective.
Erica also taught me a tremendous amount about PR strategy and communication, encouraged and empowered me, celebrated my successes, and was always available to answer my (many!) questions. I would absolutely put my trust in her again.”
